Delivery procedures by carrier.
We average 3 business day production and offer the following shipping methods:
- Express (International): 3-5 business days, dropshipped from China.
- Premium (International): 4-7 business days, dropshipped from China.
- Standard Plus (International): 3-5 business days in US, 7-14 business days international, dropshipped from various fulfillment centers.
- Standard (International): 15 business days, dropshipped from China.
Please note, shipping times are estimated. Our carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore Kin Custom cannot guarantee delivery times, only estimate them. For Home Goods, we average 10 business day production. If you are in a US territory or have an APO address check out our delivery times here.
If you have issues retrieving your package, please contact Kin Custom and we are happy to assist in getting your package successfully delivered. We encourage all Clients to enroll in our carrier services such as DHL On-Demand, FedEx Delivery Manager, and UPS My Choice, to get real time updates on your shipments.
