How should I use my Welcome30 email discount?

For any imported order or sample order, you may use the unlimited 30% off for 30-days promotion.

• Offer is valid for new customers with sample orders or imported orders only.
• Offer is valid only for the registered email address used when signing up.
• Offer cannot be combined with another promotion.
• Offer must be used at the time of transaction, refunds or credits cannot be applied post purchase.

Sample Orders

1. Once you've clicked 'Finish' after designing your merchandise, you'll be taken to the Created Merch dashboard shown below.
2. Select the products you would like to order and click 'Order Samples'
   
   
3. You'll be prompted to the checkout page where you can enter the promotion code you were given in the Welcome30 email. 
   
   
4. Simply hit 'Apply' and enter your payment information!

Import Orders

1. Once you've received an order from your sales channel, click' Orders' on the left side menu.
2. Select your sales channel, click 'Import' and your orders will be listed.
3. Select your shipping method and enter the promotion code you were given in the Welcome30 email. 
   
   
4. Simply hit 'Apply' and enter your payment information!
