You're welcome to return items 30 days from the delivery date, provided they are in the same condition as when you received them - undamaged, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact.
Please note: This return policy does not apply to custom products using print on demand services, unless covered by our 100% Quality Guarantee.
If you decide to return a product purchased in our white label marketplace that is not defective, please be aware that you will be responsible for the shipping costs
To place a return request for white label products, please follow the instructions below
You can access the return form here, or in your Account for White Label.
Step 1. Log in to your white label account. Hover over 'Account' and click Submit Return.
Step 2. Enter your 4 digit order number and your email address or phone number.
Step 3. Select the item you would like to return.
Step 4. Choose the reason for your return. Images will be necessary for returns related to damaged or defective items.
Step 5. Select 'Refund to original payment method.'
Step 6. Choose your preferred method for returning the item. Simply select the label that corresponds to your return. Please remember, preauthorized labels are meant for defective items only.

Step 7. Check your return request to be sure all information is accurate, then click Submit.
Please allow up to 3 business days for Kin Custom to review your return request. To check the status of your return, simply click on "View" next to your request. You can access this option by navigating to "Submit a return" in your Account section again. You'll also receive email updates to keep you in the loop about the status of your return.
If your return is eligible for a prepaid shipping label, you will be able to download it from here.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll get started on processing your refund to the original payment method right away! It may take about 5-10 days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment processor.
