Where do I access paid orders for my White Label account?

To access paid orders for white label, including tracking information, please follow these steps.

Step 1. Log in to your Kin Custom account.

 

Step 2. Select 'Sell White Label' on the landing page. 

 

Step 3. On the White Label page, hover over 'Account'. Click on 'Paid Orders'.

 

Step 4. In this section, you will find a list of all your paid orders. Simply click on the specific order you would like to review. 

 

Step 5. Once you click on the order, you will be able to see all relevant details, including tracking information. If tracking details are not immediately available, please wait 48 hours after placing your order for the information to be updated in our system by the carrier.
