If the package is not able to be delivered successfully as multiple attempts were made by the carrier, its the customer who is responsible for contacting the carrier to arrange for delivery. Otherwise, the customer may risk the package being destroyed by the carrier or shipped back to Kin Custom until claimed. Customers have 60 days to claim or inquire about an undelivered package. After 60 days, Kin Custom will not refund or reprint the purchase.
Kin Custom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages whose address is incomplete/incorrect. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost, stolen, or had multiple attempts for delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
