To ensure continued access to stored data, users must remain active by logging into their accounts and making a purchase within a 12-month period. This activity allows us to keep your designs and uploaded assets available for fast access and secure storage. -
Inactive Accounts
Accounts that remain inactive for over 12 months (without any login or purchase) will be flagged for closure. If no action is taken, all associated account data, including designs, logos, and other stored assets, will be permanently removed from our servers.
Account Closure and Data Removal
- If an account is closed due to inactivity, all stored data is deleted, and the account cannot be reactivated. To use Kin Custom services again, the user must create a new account and re-upload any necessary designs or information.
- Users will be notified prior to account closure to provide an opportunity to log in and make a purchase, keeping their data secure and accessible.
How to Keep Your Account Active
To retain access to your account data, simply log in and place an order within a 12-month period. By doing so, you ensure that all your designs, logos, and account information remain securely stored on our servers.
