Updating/Deleting Account Information
Account Information can be updated by going into your 'Settings'.
PLEASE NOTE: Account email addresses cannot be changed or updated. When creating an account, our system registers the initial email address as the permanent email address linked to your account. If you would like to change your email address, you are welcome to create a new one and send us a request to close your unused account (if needed).
Accounts can be deleted by contacting Kin Custom. Before we close your account we encourage you to delete your designs from the Creator Studio and complete customer orders. Designs left behind will be deemed as abandoned and become Kin Custom property. Orders that have not been processed and fulfilled after your account is closed will become Kin Custom sales.
After deleting your designs and completing your customer orders please fill out the Contact Us form and someone from our Client Service team will be in touch within 24 hours or the next business day.
