How can I request a shipping address change after an order was placed?

Shopify App

For all shipping updates/changes, a Shop Owner can submit an 'Incorrect Shipping Address' change within the Kin Custom app. Please follow the prompts below:

  1. Login to Kin Custom app
  2. Click the 'Help' icon on the the header
  3. Scroll, at the bottom click 'Contact Us'
  4. Submit all fields including KC Order# e-mail address order was placed with, and correct shipping address

Please note: you must have all information noted in the comments section to avoid order issues or shipping delays. Shipping addresses cannot be changed if the parcel has left our fulfillment center. All requests must be submitted to Kin Custom prior to shipment.

  2. Click 'Settings' on the left side menu
  3. Submit all fields including KC Order# e-mail address order was placed with, and correct shipping address
