Issues with your Kin Custom White Label order could be covered.
Whether your merchandise has been damaged in transit, a flaw was produced, wrong item received, we are committed to providing solutions and making it right for you. Modifications/cancellations are not accepted. Please submit a Return Request within the designated time below and Kin Custom will promptly review your correspondence for a refund.
Returns:

30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

All items must be undamaged, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you decide to return a product that is not defective, please be aware that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
The following exclusions apply:

Dirty, worn, or washed clothing with missing tags/labels are not eligible.

Custom products (such as special orders or sewn-in labels).

Please do not send your returned items to the shipping address on the original shipping label. It will need to go to a localized warehouse instead. Items shipped to the original shipping address may not be eligible for refund.

Damage, Loss, or Theft Issues:

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 3 days of the delivery date and we will provide you a pre-paid shipping label to return.

If the purchased product is lost or theft, please collect evidence and contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If your order is lost by the carrier, you will receive a full refund by Kin Custom and we can file a claim on your behalf.
Defects:

In the rare event of a defective product, please submit within 3 days of the delivery date. Kin Custom reserves the right to investigate and conduct a thorough analysis of the defect, which may include sending the defective merchandise to Kin Custom before a decision can be made. For defective products, Kin Custom will offer a pre-paid shipping label and the merchandise must be shipped within seven (7) days of the issued pre-paid label date. Failure to send back the merchandise within seven (7) days of receiving the shipping label will disqualify the order from the review process and a refund will not be issued.
Refund Solutions:

Refunds will go to original payment method.

After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method.
