Once a carrier picks up an order, they take over the responsibility for the package. As a result, Kin Custom cannot guarantee specific delivery times; we can only provide estimates. If you are ordering for a particular deadline, we strongly advise adding a few extra days to account for any unexpected shipping delays.
Our production schedules will continue as usual throughout the Christmas holiday season. However, delivery times may be longer due to the increased shipping volumes during this period. The following information is provided as a general guideline to help you place your orders in a timely manner, so they arrive before December 25, 2024.
For Standard shipping, please allow 8-14 business days for US, and 9-15 business days for all other countries to deliver. For Express shipping, please allow 3-6 days for all countries to deliver.
